You're an artist. Not a receptionist, bookkeeper, and tax preparer.

Two panels. On the left, tattoo artists at work in a busy shop. On the right, Norman, smiling at his desk among stacks of paperwork, handling it all.

Norman handles the admin you hate: bookings, consent forms, client records, and the money side. So you can get back to tattooing.

The tattoo's the easy part.

Then comes everything else.

  • Chasing clients to book.
  • Re-explaining your deposit.
  • Printing consent forms, or forgetting them.
  • Digging through texts to remember who's coming in.
  • Guessing what you made this month.
  • Scrambling at tax time.

None of that is why you picked up a machine.

Other apps take a percentage. Norman keeps your books for one flat rate.

Norman manages your money like an accountant. He handles your deposits, payments, and books, without ever touching a dollar of it, or taking a cut.

One assistant for the whole mess.

Norman is the quiet one in the corner who does the parts of the job you never signed up for. Clients book themselves. Consent gets signed before they walk in. Every client, appointment, and payment is in one place. And when tax season comes, your numbers are already written down.

You tattoo. Norman does the rest.

It works the way you already do.

  1. Norman at his desk, beaming, writing in an open appointment book and gesturing as if welcoming someone in.Step 1

    Share your link

Drop it in the DM you're already in. Clients pick a time and fill in their own details. No back-and-forth.

  2. Norman at his desk, smiling, holding up a single page beside a closed binder.Step 2

They sign before they show up

Consent forms are done ahead of time, signed and stored safely. No clipboard, no paper to lose.

  3. Norman at his desk with his hands on an open ledger, beside neat stacks of files, giving a knowing, satisfied smile.Step 3

    Your records keep themselves

Every client, payment, and tip is saved as you go, so tax time starts with your numbers already written down.

Built for how tattoo shops actually run.

  • A flat fee, never a cut of your work.

One small monthly price, period. We don't take a percentage of your tattoos, your deposits, or your tips. You keep every dollar you earn.

  • You keep your clients.

They're yours, not ours. No one markets to them but you.

  • Your money stays yours.

Norman manages your deposits, payments, and books like an accountant would, without ever touching your money or taking a cut. Clients pay you directly, your way.

  • Your records are protected.

Signed consent forms are encrypted, kept as long as your state's rules call for, and then deleted on schedule.

About your Google Calendar.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you do, Norman does two things with it, and nothing else.

It adds your bookings to your calendar.

When a client books, Norman creates the event on the calendar you own, so your appointments show up alongside everything else in your day. If one moves or is cancelled, Norman updates or removes it.

It warns you about clashes, before you offer the time.

When you set your working hours or build a booking link, Norman reads the events in the dates you are about to offer and tells you if something already there overlaps. It tells you. It does not decide for you. Your own commitments never remove times from a link, and your client never sees them.

The limits, specifically

  • Norman requests one calendar permission: see, create, change and delete events on calendars you own. It does not ask for any other calendar, or for your contacts, email or files.
  • It reads your events only when you have just asked for something: setting your hours, or building a link. It does not poll your calendar in the background.
  • What it reads is used to show you the clash and then discarded. Norman does not store the titles, descriptions, guests or locations of your personal events.
  • What it stores about the connection is the token it needs to keep working, which calendar to use, and the email address of the connected account, so Settings can tell you which one it is.
  • Your Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train models.
  • Disconnecting in Settings deletes the stored token immediately. Events Norman created stay on your calendar and are yours to keep or delete.
